Nativity Auditions & Casting Day - Saturday, September 26th

You’re invited to join Dancing for Joy’s Nativity Show! 

All dancers must be enrolled in at least one regular class at DFJ Bellingham or Lynden.  Students need to be 3 years old or older by Sept. 26th.  All students that come to the casting day will receive a part in the show! Nativity 2026 performances are on Saturday, December 19th and Sunday, December 20th at Mount Baker Theatre.

Steps to participate:

1. Register for the group casting event online through your Jackrabbit account.

2. Come to the office prior to Sept. 26th  to be measured for your costume.

3. Attend casting at the appropriate time at DFJ Bellingham. (See times below.)

4. Performance fee is $175 plus tax and includes a video link after the show! *Performance Fee Due 9/26

SATURDAY, Sept. 26th GROUP CASTING TIMES

3 year olds: 9:30 – 10am

4 year olds: 10 – 10:30am

5 year olds: 10:30 – 11am

6 year olds: 11 – 11:30am

7 year olds: 11:30 – 12pm

8 year olds: 12:30 – 1pm

9 year olds: 1:00 – 1:30pm

10 year olds: 1:30 – 2pm

11 year olds: 2:00 – 2:30pm

12-18 year olds: 2:30 – 3pm

 

**Weekly rehearsals will be on Saturdays.  Rehearsals take place between 9am and 12:30pm depending on role.  Specific times TBA**
